Refund Policy

TogetherLetters uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. When you purchase a subscription to TogetherLetters, your payment is processed by Paddle, and Paddle's refund terms apply. This policy mirrors Paddle's Refund Policy.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing the transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the charges you have paid, unless during that 14-day period you have already started using or benefiting from the product. By using the TogetherLetters service during this period, you acknowledge that you may forfeit your right to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@togetherletters.com with your order details. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's Order Support at paddle.net.

Refund Processing

  • Credit/debit card payments: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 48 hours.
  • Wire transfer payments: Orders paid via wire transfer are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds may be issued as a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Paddle retains the original payment processing fee.

Sales Tax Refunds

If you believe you were incorrectly charged sales tax, you must contact Paddle within 60 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a sales tax refund. You will need to provide a valid sales tax exemption code for your country. Requests received after 60 days will not be processed.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your TogetherLetters subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in your billing period unless required by applicable law.
